We are what we eat. The food that we eat has the capacity to enhance or diminish our beauty in addition to giving us energy. Our body thrives on fresh food that is not pasteurized, processed or added with chemical preservatives. Natural and organic food which is full of healthy nutrients removes the signs of aging, prevents diseases, reduces excess weight and keeps us beautiful.

Generally, women are said to be beauty-conscious. But the reality is such that men also are concerned about how they look. Vitamin A is a natural skin exfoliant. Collard greens, liver, eggs, carrots, peppers, kale, and spinach are very rich in Vitamin A. Having carrot juice the first thing in the morning will leave you with a radiant skin. Redness and inflammation of the skin is a major side effect of acne. Capers, black and green tea, apples, onions, red grapes, citrus fruits, tomatoes, broccoli, and leafy green vegetables are rich in Quercetin and are good for skin. Quercetin is an anti inflammatory which rebuffs inflamed skin and reduces swelling.
